Remembering everything can be pretty difficult, that’s why the Qatar interior ministry is facilitating public by providing legal alerts through electronic services. For example if your work permits is expired according to Qatar labor law you cannot work in Qatar until and unless your work permit is renewed. Metrash services enables all the Qatar residents and companies to receive alerts related to legal services and Qatar labor law rules and regulations, So that they won’t break any law unknowingly. You can subscribe to these services through the link.
Metrash for individuals: metrash for individual keeps you out of legal trouble and allows the users to receive notifications on their cells phone 24/7 if they violated the traffic , if their work permit , driver’s license or car registration is about be expired. To subscribe click on this tab and enter you Qatar ID than enter the mobile number on which you want to subscribe the alert.
Select the language in which you want to receive alert; English or Arabic
For verification; a picture with a number or alphabets will be shown to you, enter those letters and alphabets in the textbox provided serially , or you can click the speaker button to listen to the code. You can press subscribe button to receive to alerts on the number you have entered. You can also change your number on which you are receiving the alerts. Or you can unsubscribe and stop receiving alert on your mobile phone by clicking unsubscribe button. To check term of use and metrash conditions press “conditions” button. You can also view the total number of subscribers by clicking on “click here to find out how many are enrolled in this service”.
Metrash for companies
Metrash for companies and metrash for individual provides similar alerts. As the name suggests the metrash for companies provides these alerts to the companies through their email addresses. To subscribe to this service click on this tab. Enter 8 digit company’s ID number than Enter you Qatar ID number. After that enter your email on which you want to receive the alert
Enter you mobile number, select the language in which you want to receive alert- English or Arabic. For verification; a picture with a number or alphabets will be shown to you, enter those letters and alphabets in the text box provided serially , or you can click the speaker button to listen to the code. You can press subscribe button to receive to alerts on the email you have entered. You can also change your email on which you are receiving the alerts. Metrash secondary services
Metrash secondary services are specially designed to assist disable and elderly citizen of Qatar. It allows the disable or elderly person to receive Metrash alert on their phone as well their guardian or custodian mobile phone, co-receiver can be anybody son , daughter , partner or secretary with a valid QID and mobile number registered with the service provider. If the person is not yet registered as Metrash subscriber, he/she gets automatically registered into Metrash for individuals. If the person is already an individual Metrash subscriber, the mobile number to be used as co-receiver must be the same. A person can stand as a co-receiver for multiple primary subscribers or service owners. Only primary subscribers or service owners can register only one co-receiver; a person cannot add himself/herself as co-receiver for any service owner.
To subscribe click on this tab Enter user type, “service owner” or “additional number”.
Service owner- If you press service owner, further option with subscribe and unsubscribe will be shown to you.
To receive alerts press subscribe, Enter the service owner QID and their mobile number After that enter the receivers who also wants to receive the alert Qatar ID and phone number. For verification; a picture with a number or alphabets will be shown to you, enter those letters and alphabets in the text box provided serially , or you can click the speaker button to listen to the code. Press send to activate it and back to get back to previous tab. To unsubscribe enter service owner Qatar ID and mobile number.
Enter the Qatar ID of the receiver who is also receiving alerts. For verification; a picture with a number or alphabets will be shown to you, enter those letters and alphabets in the text box provided serially , or you can click the speaker button to listen to the code. Press send to unsubscribe it and back to get back to previous tab.'
Additional number- If you want to change service owner Qatar ID number Then enter the Qatar ID number and mobile number of service receiver. For verification; a picture with a number or alphabets will be shown to you, enter those letters and alphabets in the text box provided serially , or you can click the speaker button to listen to the code. Press send to change it and back to get back to previous tab.
